Small Office Network ¹ Package - $800 per month
(less than $5 per business hour)

•  We will maintain your "Small Office Network" at its peak performance and provide you with a Personal Help Desk to solve your computer problems for you.

•  Services Included:

Daily server backups; 1 full and 4 incremental. 5

Weekly off site storage of your server backups.

Weekly updates to all of your server software (operating system, etc), as necessary.

Weekly updates to your firewall/router, as necessary.

Monthly routine maintenance of your workstations (see price list for details).

Network Security setup and maintenance; user adds, changes, deletes, passwords, rights, policies, etc.

Restoration of lost/damaged files from backup.

Setup of workstation connections to networked printers.

Active Directory maintenance.

Remote network performance monitoring.

Physical moves of workstations; 1 move per workstation each month included.

Physical moves of printers; 1 move per printer each month included.

Hardware Manufacturer / Software Publisher liaison for customer support of problems.

Network Intrusion detection. 5

Basic website server setup and web server operation assistance; this does NOT include such things as, website design, changes, uploading or maintenance.

Internet domain registration and maintenance.

Hourly 24/7 anti-virus updates for server and workstations (as necessary). 5

Installation of any software which you purchase from Quantium Group.

•  Our Personal Help Desk service via phone is available to you for the above services 9AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; 261 days per year.  ²

•  Up to 10 help desk calls per day by up to 2 authorized contact persons. ³

•  If the problem with the above services can’t be handled by our Personal Help Desk service, we will send a service technician to your location 9AM - 5PM  Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, to correct the problem at no additional charge.

•  We will maintain your "Larger Office Network" at its peak performance and provide you with your personal help desk to solve your computer problems for you.

•  With a "Larger Office Network" package you get all of the services of the "Small Office Network" package, as specified above, in addition to the following services:

Coverage for email hosting 5

Email anti-virus management 5

Anti-SPAM management 5

•  Our Extended Hours Personal Help Desk service via phone is available to you for the above services 7AM - 6PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; 261 days per year.  ²

•  Up to 15 help desk calls per day by up to 4 authorized contact persons. ³

•  Up to 52 night/weekend hours, by prior arrangement, per contract year for routine maintenance activities.  Additional hours will be charged at $75 per hour.

•  Add the following 2 Services to either Network Package to complete your network service coverage:

Workstation Maintenance Contracts at an additional $20 per workstation, per month.

Server / Infrastructure Maintenance Contract at 4% of the retail hardware replacement costs at the start of the contract, per month.

¹ NOTE:  "Small Office Network" is defined as up to 5 workstations, 1 server, and equipment necessary to connect the workstations and server to each other and the Internet.  The server may NOT be hosting an email server (Microsoft Exchange, etc).  Workstations in excess of the included 5 are $25 for each additional workstation, per month.  You must be connected to the Internet with externally accessible static IP addresses to qualify for this price.  If you don't have the necessary Internet connection, we can easily arrange for one to be installed for you.

² NOTE:  Service outside of the support period will be billed at $75 per hour, except as otherwise noted.

³ NOTE:  Personal Help Desk calls made before rebooting problem computers and for help on software we have not provided formal training on and for specialized software which we did not sell to you (medical billing, CAD, etc.) we will bill you at $25 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

⁴ NOTE:  "Larger Office Network" is defined as up to 25 workstations, 3 servers, and equipment necessary to connect the workstations and server to the Internet.  Workstations in excess of the included 25 are $25 for each additional workstation, per month.  You must be connected to the Internet with externally accessible static IP addresses to qualify for this price.  If you don't have the necessary Internet connection, we can easily arrange for one to be installed for you.
